Description

We are looking for a pleasant work from home receptionist to undertake front facing and clerical duties for our company.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and disciplined, with the ability to manage client communication, coordinate tasks, and support light bookkeeping or invoicing duties.
The goal is to make clients and visitors feel comfortable and valued.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them, create tickets for technicians or take messages and forward to the appropriate technician
  • Monitor and respond to emails, assign tickets to technicians and schedule appointments as required
  • Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and organizing financial records as needed
  • Prepare shipping labels and distribute them as needed
  • Provide customer service to clients as required
  • Keep an eye on some basic alerting tools and notify staff and management as needed

Requirements

  • Experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Basic Computer Skills required (our ticketing system is online), knowledge of MS Office apps (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Moderate / Other Computer Skills a plus
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
