Description

The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

  • Answer the telephones.
  • Cold calling members
  • Greet all members and guests and offer assistance
  • Ensure all daily updates are tracked and recorded.
  • Accept deliveries.
  • Help with new and renewals of Legion memberships
  • Accounting entries in Sage accounting
  • Maintains membership database and email list
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Posting newsletters
  • Assist with catering & event enquiries
  • Assist the General Manager and branch President as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, minimum 5 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, empathic and passionate attitude
  • Professional and tidy appearance
  • Discretion and confidential manner a must
  • Ability to use computer
  • Experience with MS office

Work Schedule
The position is for a concierge consisting of Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 4pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 per hour
