JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with fluency in Russian to be the welcoming face of the Emirates Government Services Hub (EGSH) in Dubai. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our diverse clientele and ensuring smooth daily operations at our reception area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (1-4 years preferred) as a Front Desk Receptionist, Administrator, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office management.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests to EGSH in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding various government services offered at EGSH.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling and manage the reception area’s calendar effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception and waiting area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a problem-solving approach.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client flow and service delivery.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
