JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is required; clerical experience is a plus.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is advantageous.
