We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of receptionist. We are looking for a vibrant, motivated, and creative individual with the ability to multitask and who has a strong attention to detail. This position requires analytical strength and the ability to work as part of a team. 3rd party healthcare knowledge and experience is a plus!

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident and assertive
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong customer service, organization, prioritizing, time management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet challenging goals and deadlines
    As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. If you are organized, personable, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assigning appropriate providers to each child
  • Initial entry of accurate child records in database
  • Verifying commercial insurance coverage and benefits
  • Completing and submitting reports to insurances
  • Maintaining communication with insurance coordinators
  • Recruiting new patients through calls and emails to insurance providers
