JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will be a friendly and energetic, super-organized individual with exceptional people and computer skills. The person must have experience in reception and be willing to work 1-3 evenings a week, and two Saturdays per month. The person also must be able to multitask in a fast-paced-environment whilst still paying attention to detail. Knowledge in alternative health care and experience in sales is a bonus.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in an alternative health centre is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and phone systems for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
