Job Description With over 30 years in the home improvement industry, we are among the highest rated window and door companies in Florida. We are seeking highly motivated people to join the Sunbelt Home Solutions family. We are looking for a customer service oriented professional to join our team. Summary: Provides Administrative, customer service and office support to employees. Provides interdepartmental support as needed to all departments. Responsible for general office duties and organization. Maintain accurate records, reports, and employment documents for all departments. Assists management as needed. Responsibilities: * Served as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates, managing front desk operations, interview intake, and walk-in customer interactions * Provides excellent customer service by answering calls, directing them appropriately, and following up daily to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. * General office and facility management. * Maintain copy machines. * Assists with shirt inventory and tracking, and restocking of office, bathroom, and kitchen supplies. * Run errands for the office (UPS, Check drop-offs etc.) * Print reports and scan completion certificates as needed. Skills: * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of office procedures and terminology is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
