  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and managing appointment schedules.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing processes as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Collaborate with other department to ensure seamless flow and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and email management.
  • Knowledge in welding is an asset.
