JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office environment is an asset .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and other important documents.
  • Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as required,
