Located in the heart of downtown Toronto at The Well, Vie Nail and Beauty Salon is a modern and luxurious destination for self-care, style, and wellness. Our boutique salon offers expert nail care, beauty treatments, and relaxation services in a serene, elegant environment.
We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience—from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience in a spa, nail salon, or hospitality environment is required.
  • Knowledge of nail services and beauty treatments is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with phone/email communication and booking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance with a polished, calm demeanor.
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling using spa booking software (Zenoti experience is an asset).
  • Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions.
  • Answer inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email; provide details about services, promotions, and spa etiquette.
  • Coordinate with technicians and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Promote salon services and retail products where appropriate.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area in line with Vie’s brand and standards.
