JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. One late night weekly(6:30) required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service practices is a plus.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
