JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using computer systems, Notion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer support practices is a plus.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
    We hire independant contractors. You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not sponsor for PR.
  • Proficent in English
  • Able to work Monday - Friday.
