JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Relief Auditor Agent to join Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
*Providing exceptional customer service by going an extra mile for our guests
*Accurately billing and tallying individual accounts (balancing accounts and charges)
*Basic concierge duties such as giving out directions
*Checking guests in/out of the hotel
*Answering switchboard
*Responding to guest inquiries and requests
*Completing shift checklists (including night audit tasks)
*Other duties and projects as assigned
*Cash handling
Job Requirements:
*Knowledge of Opera property management system an asset
*Grade 12 completion. Post secondary education in Tourism/Hospitality programs an asset.
*Excellent customer service skills and attitude
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
*Previous front desk experience is required
*Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written. Second language an asset.
*Must be available to work shifts. (AM, PM, over-nights and weekends)
