JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members of our local union and the general public and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using office software, particularly Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a trade school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing other tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when proofreading documents and handling client information.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting clients with their needs.
