Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with telephone systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
