In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage a wide variety of administrative tasks, handle communications efficiently, and maintain a smooth flow of information within the organization. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal calendar management. Maintain and update client records and office databases accurately. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
