REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar front desk role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication materials.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members alike.
