In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for students, faculty, and visitors by providing timely, accurate, and courteous support. Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 9:00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:00am - 5pm (Saturday) Your Role: As the Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors during evening hours. You will greet and assist guests, answer questions, manage clerical tasks, and support daily campus operations with professionalism and efficiency. From maintaining an inviting front desk area to assisting with scheduling and basic technology support, your work will help ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards and supportive culture of ATS Institute of Technology. Key responsibilities: Welcome & Assist: Greet students, faculty, and visitors professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and documentation to support smooth campus operations. Basic Tech Support: Provide basic assistance with computers, printers, and copiers; coordinate service calls as needed. Campus Presence: Help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the front desk and student lounge areas. Student & Faculty Support: Assist with day-to-day needs and deliver excellent customer service throughout your shift. Flexibility & Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned in support of campus activities and evening operations. Listening Skills: Ability to absorb instructions, communicate clearly, and follow through effectively. People Skills: Professional, welcoming demeanor with the ability to engage positively with students, staff, and visitors. Organizational Strength: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with a proactive approach to daily tasks. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
