We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Confirm referrals, verify orders, and obtain authorizations as required Screen patients to ensure proper exam preparation (NPO, full bladder, etc.) Schedule walk-in patients with appropriate physician orders Collect copays, coinsurance, and deductibles; balance daily deposits Coordinate patient transportation with approved couriers when needed Assist medical records, verification, and scheduling teams as necessary Support providers, management, and sales teams with patient needs Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and professional Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Previous medical front desk or healthcare experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling financial transactions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Why Join Texas Regional Physicians?
