Our physicians have a combined 80+ years of experience and all are board certified in Internal or Family Medicine.   How you’ll contribute  The Front Desk Representative works alongside providers and clinical staff performing front-office clerical duties. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while supporting daily clinic operations including scheduling, insurance verification, communication, and administrative functions. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.  * Greet and check in patients and visitors in a professional manner * Assist patients with initial paperwork and registration * Schedule and coordinate appointments * Answer multi-line phones and manage front desk communications * Gather and verify insurance information * Process insurance claims in compliance with legal requirements   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
