THE JOB: A Front Desk Representative at MGM Grand is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by welcoming visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Anticipates guest needs, resolves concerns, and enhances stays through personalized service, room upgrades, and promotion of loyalty programs. Collaborates with housekeeping and other departments while accurately handling payments, cash transactions, and guest information with a strong focus on security and confidentiality. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 / hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
