Job Description We are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Representative @ Abbotswood at Stonehenge is to deliver outstanding customer service at our front desk, creating a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere for our community. On Call - As needed for coverage for 1st , 2nd, or 3rd shift – Must be willing to learn and cover all 3 shifts if needed! 1st shift – 7:30am-4pm 2nd shift – 4pm-12am 3rd shift – 12am – 7:30am Pay Rate: $17/hour If you are flexible, enjoy working with people, and are committed to providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply! What will I do every day? Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed Answer incoming calls Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Have excellent customer service skills 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience High school diploma or GED preferred Senior Living experience a plus Hotel experience a plus What’s in it for me?
