About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven female professional to join our
team at our upscale beauty salon in Business Bay. This role combines customer
service, sales, and light administrative duties with occasional support for beauty therapy
services, both in-store and for home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly as the face of the salon
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings across various platforms (Instagram,
  • WhatsApp, phone, walk-ins)
  • Upsell services and products to clients, both in-person and online
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional salon
  • atmosphere
  • Maintain and update daily sales records, customer data, and reports using Excel
  • and Word
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with the therapy team
  • Handle cash transactions, invoicing, and basic front desk operations
  • Assist therapists in scheduling and logistics for home service appointments

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role (experience in a salon or spa
  • is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and other customer platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Professional appearance and a warm, approachable attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional home service appointments
