Responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive upon check-in and check-out Answer incoming phone calls and make reservations Answer questions about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities Handle all other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
