We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to sell memberships, follow up with leads, and build relationships with clients. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training! All you need is the right personality, a coachable mindset, and a passion for fitness.

✅ Sales & Follow-Ups – Engage with trial clients, track their progress, follow up on their experience, and guide them into full memberships. Offer retail products such as hoodies, shirts, heart rate monitors, and more.
✅ Client Engagement – Build rapport with current and potential clients, answer inquiries, and ensure every member feels welcomed and supported.
✅ Gym Operations & Check-ins – Assist with opening/closing duties, ensure seamless check-in procedures, and support trainers during classes.
✅ Processing Transactions – Handle membership sign-ups, retail purchases, and payments using ZenPlanner (training provided).
✅ Phone & Email Communication – Respond to inquiries professionally, answer client questions, and book consultations.
✅ Team Support – Assist management and trainers, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to an energetic gym environment.
