Description:
We’re building StretchLab Victoria! If you want to help build a fast-growing, boutique wellness studio we are currently seeking a focused, driven, detail-oriented Sales Associate to assist the General Manager in driving sales.
JOB SUMMARY
- Compensation is $17.40/hour + commission based products/memberships sold.
- Role is to support and drive membership sales.
- Role is 100% in-person and there is some evening and weekend work required.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, pass background check, and complete required training within 60 days of hire.
- Must have a passion / drive for fitness / wellness.
- One year of sales experience is required.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week.
ABOUT THE JOB
Typical duties for this role include:
- Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close of membership sales
- Book and confirm appointments
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio, presenting a positive ‘first face’ to members and guests
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Monitor the company mailbox and respond to / take action on incoming mail keeping us at inbox zero
- Work through daily task list independently, seeking support as needed
- Meet sales goals
- Participate in special events (health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio
- Support the flex team as needed
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and interact with audiences effectively.
- Other duties as assigned
