We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in the hospitality industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival. * Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately. * Assist residents with requests and promptly resolve any issues. * Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. * Manage internal software, systems, and computers efficiently. * schedule is 40 hours per week includes 2 shifts overnight from 11p to7a and 3 shifts afternoon from 3p to 11p Qualifications* Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred. (minimum 6 months) * Advanced English proficiency is essential, as frequent communication with residents is required. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * A high level of customer service to ensure residents' needs are met professionally and efficiently. * Availability to work 16 to 40 hours per week. * A professional and friendly attitude towards residents and visitors. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
