JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Front Desk Security Agents to join our team at luxury condominium buildings in Downtown and Outremont. This position is critical in ensuring the safety and security of residents while delivering outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fully bilingual (French and English) – mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
  • BSP (Bureau de la sécurité privée) certification is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills for managing security systems and logging activities.
