Key Responsibilities: · Collaborates with the Front Desk Supervisor to evaluate Front Desk Agents' performance. · Participates actively in training programs to enhance personal and team growth. · Maintains high standards of behavior, appearance, and professionalism at all times. · Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner. · Addresses guest complaints in a prompt and appropriate manner to ensure guest satisfaction. · Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring proper guest room satisfaction to meet the guest preferences. · Works closely with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel. · Takes on additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, contributing to the efficient operation of the Front Desk. · Ensures a high level of customer service is maintained, upholding the hotel's values and standards · Performing other related duties as required by the hotel. Requirements · BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies. · Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language – knowledge of any other language would be considered an asset. · Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS. · 2 years minimum experience as a Front Desk Shift Leader in a 4 or 5* Luxury Hotel Company offers: · Fixed Term Contract (season 2026) · Career development opportunities. · Competitive salary based on experience. · Excellent working environment. · Accommodation and meals on all working days. · Transportation from/to staff houses.
