We're looking for an energetic, people-first Front Desk professional (here at Gravity Haus we call them Haus Experience Specialists) to join our team and be the heartbeat of the guest and member experience. You’ll be the first face our guests and members meet — welcoming them warmly, guiding them through their stay, and creating personalized, powerful moments that reflect the Gravity Haus mission. What You’ll Do Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. Check in/out guests using our PMS system and ensure rooms are ready and tailored to guest needs. Communicate with guests via ALICE, email, phone, and in person to manage requests or maintenance issues. Coordinate pre-arrival outreach to help guests plan memorable stays. Support billing, reservation inquiries, and guest communications with accuracy and care. Community Engagement Introduce guests to Gravity Haus Membership, sharing perks and opportunities to deepen their experience. Create “Member for a Day” itineraries that integrate food & beverage, Dryland classes, gear access, and more. Collaborate with the membership team to convert guests into long-term community members. Member Support Provide white-glove support to local and visiting members, from VIP welcomes to personalized recommendations. Help new members engage with our community, events, and amenities. Ensure our members feel seen, supported, and celebrated at every touchpoint. Operational Excellence Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby and front desk space. Coordinate room blocks, VIP requests, and internal communications with precision. Collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, events, marketing, and housekeeping teams. Use software tools (PMS, OpenTable, ALICE, Slack, etc.) with confidence and accuracy.
