MIRA Construction L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented Front-desk specialist with CRM experience to join our dynamic Gym team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing all front desk activities while utilising your CRM skills to improve client interactions and data management. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently. Utilise CRM software to input and update clients' information, track interactions, and manage lead generation. Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics as required. Keep the reception area organised and tidy to ensure a welcoming environment. Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Provide exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Support marketing initiatives and collection of feedback through CRM tools. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus. Professional appearance and attitude.
