ABOUT US

Brighton College Australia is a leading CRICOS provider offering a range of courses to international students. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Student Support Officer. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with student support at one of our four campuses across Australia.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, focusing on support and service
  • Experience in a CRICOS registered RTO ( Preferred )
  • Friendly and welcoming personality with excellent presentation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with empathy with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • A positive attitude, willingness to be adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, willingness to learn and being a strong collaborator.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Knowledge of Student Management System and Learning Management System ( Preferred )
  • Fluency in a second language is not essential but highly regarded

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist students with inquiries and provide general information about programs and services
  • Maintain accurate student records and assist with enrollments and withdrawals
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Provide administrative support to other team members
  • Perform a range of administrative support tasks including desktop-based programmes, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets and Student Management system, and maintain the integrity of the filing system.
