What You’ll Do Architect the Patient Journey: Oversee the entire front-end "Patient Access" ecosystem—from flawless insurance verification to the perfect check-out experience. Command Clinical Flow: Monitor ancillary services and MA performance, ensuring that vitals, medical history, and EMR documentation are handled with clinical precision. Master the EMR: Act as the go-to expert for EMR templates and task completion, ensuring our "digital paper trail" is audit-ready and accurate. Solve Problems in Real-Time: Serve as the escalation point for patient concerns, turning challenging interactions into wins through diplomacy and tact. Optimize Staffing: Manage daily staffing levels like a pro, ensuring we are always powered up to meet patient demand without burning out the team. Who You Are Experienced: You have 3–5 years of medical office management experience and a deep understanding of Medical Assistant workflows. Knowledgeable: You speak the language of CPT/ICD-10 codes, HIPAA, and managed care guidelines. A "People Person" with Grit: You remain calm under pressure, can de-escalate a busy waiting room, and know how to motivate a diverse team. Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in EMR/EHR platforms and the Microsoft Office suite. Educated: You hold a High School diploma (required), though a Bachelor’s in Health Services or Business Administration is highly preferred. Bilingual speaker: English/Spanish The Essentials Physicality: Ability to remain mobile to supervise clinical areas and sit for extended administrative sessions.
