We’re seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support our front desk staff in a busy hotel environment. Individuals in this position are responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience, and we look for candidates who are willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a front desk management position, as well as comfort working with high volumes of customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of front desk staff, as well as work independently during slow periods.
  • Teach staff to use the PMS and other property systems.
  • Oversee daily cleaning of the hotel lobby and public areas.
  • Have a working knowledge of the applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Have a working knowledge of the applicable building and fire safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
