Reports To: Front Desk Manager
Position Overview:
You are responsible for ensuring the department runs smoothly when the Front Desk Manager is away. The position will require that you work as a Front Desk Agent with additional supervisory duties.

Process telephone calls, e-mail and reservations from all sources.
Operational Support:
Assist with group reservations.
Other related duties as assigned by your manager within the scope of hotel operations
Supervision and Team Support:
Training, coaching and performance evaluations of front desk agents as required with respect to job duties, health and safety, hotel policies and procedures.
Assist with training, coaching and performance evaluations of front desk agents as required.
Health and Safety:
Ensure that all Occupational Health & Safety policies and training are followed.
