FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR – GYM RECEPTION

Salary: AED 2,300 – AED 3,300 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years in front desk supervisor or manager roles
Language: English (Required); Arabic or Chinese is a plus
Shift Availability: Morning, Mid and Evening shifts
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Desk Supervisor to lead our reception team at a well-established gym in Dubai International City. This role ensures smooth front desk operations, shift coordination, and excellent service delivery to all members and guests. If you are enthusiastic about fitness, hospitality, and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum high school diploma required; hospitality or business-related education is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor/manager experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environments
  • Computer literate and familiar with basic front desk systems
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and emails regarding memberships, schedules, and bookings
  • Oversee and manage front desk shifts to ensure full coverage
  • Maintain accurate member records and handle sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and ready for operations
  • Support event coordination and promotional activities
  • Respond effectively to emergencies in line with company protocols
  • Assist with incoming mail and package distribution
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
