Description
The Hilton Bellevue is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor.  The Front Desk Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to the front desk staff in an effort to ensure consistent quality customer service and a seamless operation. Job Duties include: * Instruct front desk agents, operators and bell staff in all aspects of work.  Observe performance and encourage improvement. * Manage front desk operations by completing a daily checklist, determining room rate and availability, assist front desk staff and other departments with questions or requests. * Resolve customer complaints by conducting research of the situation and resolving the issue to the guests' satisfaction. Authorize allowance when appropriate. * Prepare and conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate effectively with all hotel staff and provide information in order to best serve guests and employees. * Make recommendations for training related issues and standard operating procedures. * May act as the Manager on Duty, and be required to respond in emergency situations Qualifications Include: * Previous hotel front desk experience (2+ years) * Excellent organization, communication, problem resolution, and team work skills * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook * Previous OnQ PMS experience preferred, but not required * The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays Benefits include: * Health, dental and vision insurance * Paid time off - vacation, sick and holiday * Free parking and employee meals * 401 (k) * Hilton Employee Travel program Wig Properties, LLC - Bell2 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
