The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading the front desk team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position balances hands-on guest service with team leadership, training, and operational oversight. Full Time Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k, 401k Match and Supplemental benefits. Requirements Supervise and support front desk associates during daily operations Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of front desk team members Maintain accurate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and cash handling Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations Step in to assist at the front desk as needed during busy periods Qualifications Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience a plus Experience with Jonas a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks Why Work With Us?
