We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and lead our front office in a vibrant, guest-focused environment! As a key leader at the front desk, you’ll help guide the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and support a warm and professional guest experience. • Lead and support front desk agents during daily operations, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed. • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure exceptional guest service. • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, care, and quick problem-solving. • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing accuracy. • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Monitor front desk workflow, staffing levels, and daily reports to support efficient operations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment while modeling excellent customer service. Requirements • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism • High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates • Additional language ability preferred • CPR and first aid training preferred EOE – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
