THE POSITION

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor at the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam to join our team and be part of our exciting venture. It’s time to put all your training, education, and preparation into action and lead your team to provide wonderful services to our guests! You’ll be offered the unique opportunity to work side by side with our Front Office Team, learn their roles, and help with running the department.
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. In addition, you are open to answering questions, handling complaints, and offering assistance where needed. Together with the Front Office Team, you’re always looking for a personal connection with our guests to make their stay as unique as possible.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support the activity of the Reception Team.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with our brand standards.
  • Perform reviews and keep the reception procedures up to date in accordance with the hotel policy.
  • Carry out Duty Management shifts.
  • Support receptionists in preventing and handling complaints.
  • Proficient with the hotel facilities, services, and special promotions.
  • Acquainted with the hotel security, fire regulations, legislation and safety procedures.
