We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott in Toronto Vaughan. This pivotal role is essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk services. As a Front Desk Manager, you will lead our front desk team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing the night audit process as required.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, particularly in a front desk role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams is an advantage.
