Front Desk Supervisor – Luxury Spa in Miami, FL
Location: Coral Gables FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–$25/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Includes Saturdays and holidays as needed.

Your Role:
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the face of our spa and the backbone of our front desk operations. You’ll ensure guests are warmly welcomed, bookings run smoothly, and the team delivers five-star service—every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform all front desk duties to maintain high service standards.
  • Train, schedule, and manage front desk and staff.
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, appointment scheduling, and special requests.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee inventory of front desk supplies and spa retail products.
  • Collaborate with management on service packages, promotions, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure smooth integration with spa software (Mindbody, Booker, or similar platforms).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality front desk role.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with booking and POS systems.
  • Professional, polished, and organized.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Passion for health, beauty, and guest experience.
