FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR The Inn & Suites at Kitchen Kettle Village Intercourse, Pa | $18/hour + on call pay | Full-time The Inn & Suites at Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for a full-time Lodging Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our guest experience and daily front-of-house lodging operations. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and working with a small, friendly team, this could be a great opportunity. * This role is part of our lodging on-call schedule, which includes taking after-hours phone calls on assigned days and occasionally being the on-property contact overnight. * Team members must have reliable transportation and be willing to work these on-call shifts; living nearby is strongly preferred. * Sunday shifts may be scheduled on an as-needed basis. Vision: Spreading Happiness Mission: Creating Exceptional Experiences and Lasting Memories Values: Create WOWs, Embrace Change, Have Fun, Think, Build Relationships, Work Safe Work Smart,   & We Before Me   Perks & Benefits * Family-owned and operated since 1954 * Non-traditional retail and food service hours - Closed evenings and Sundays  * Medical, Dental, Vision * Penn Medicine HealthWorks * Penn Medicine HealthWorks * 401(k) * Paid Time Off * Wellness programs * Scheduling flexibility for work/life balance * 20% discount at all Kitchen Kettle Foods and Burnley Enterprise shops * Learning and development opportunities What You’ll Do * Deliver world-class service to lodging guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns or complaints in a timely, professional way. * Oversee daily lodging operations: manage reservations, arrival reports, guest communications, and room inspections to ensure rooms and common areas meet quality standards. * Become a go-to user of our booking system (Book-It-Now) for creating, modifying, and canceling reservations via phone, online, email, and walk-ins. * Perform pre-arrival room inspections to verify housekeeping standards and guest readiness. * Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and share information about experiences in the Village and local attractions. * Help troubleshoot lodging systems and equipment (door locks, booking platform) and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. * Support the upkeep of guest rooms and lodging spaces by assisting with housekeeping as needed and coordinating routine maintenance. * Coordinate and set up group reservations and special lodging arrangements. * Keep operational and instructional materials accurate and current for the lodging team. * Ensure lobby and lodging areas stay clean, organized, and guest-ready. * Oversee opening and closing of the lodging lobby and help cover lodging shifts when needed. * Support staffing coordination for lodging lobby team members and help train and coach team members alongside the Lodging Coach. * Assist with marketing initiatives such as promotional emails, website updates, photography, and local business partnerships. * Participate in weekend coverage (Friday–Sunday) and a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours lodging calls and property visits. * All other related duties as required or assigned What You Bring * Hospitality, customer service, administrative, or management experience preferred * High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct * Communication / Guest Focus * Problem solving skills * Diversity and Inclusion * Customer service driven * Attention to detail * Stress Management / Composure * Strong organizational skills and Coachability * Computer skills * Ability to adapt to a changing environment For a complete description of this position, please review the attached full job description.
