JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our dental office, providing support to both staff and clients while managing administrative tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar role within a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this position.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite applications for daily tasks and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor are crucial for interacting with patients and staff alike.
