Responsibilities

The Front Desk Supervisor ensures exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations at the Front Desk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Running the “perfect shift” by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
  • Supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Overseeing the department in the absence of the Department Manager.
  • Performing hourly tasks and operating equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training.
  • Handling additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
