POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth check-in process, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help members with inquiries, provide them with necessary information, and manage administrative duties. In addition, you will assist in various operational functions to ensure the gym runs smoothly. As a closing shift team member, you will also be responsible for ensuring the gym is clean and ready for the opening shift the following day.
