Are you friendly, organized, and looking to join a fast-paced retail environment? We are PRESTIGE Pools & Spas, a locally owned pool and hot tub company seeking a Front Desk, Water Lab & Social Media Associate to join our team.
This is a customer-facing role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has experience in retail sales or cash handling, and wants to be part of a dynamic, seasonal business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/debit transactions
• Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills
• Must have Social Media skills
• Water testing experience for pools and hot tubs is an asset, but not required – we’ll train the right candidate
• Must be available to work Tuesday- Friday 10 am to 6pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5pm.

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions
• Provide basic support at the water lab, including water sample intake and testing (training provided)
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of the showroom, and help with product displays
• Assist with day-to-day operations at the front desk, including answering phones and taking messages
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to deliver excellent customer service
