Weekly deep cleaning assigned Doing property & pool checks Occasional package shipment or receiving Manage incoming guest calls and reservations Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
Responsibilities
