Description Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is currently seeking to hire enthusiastic part-time Front End Cashiers who are passionate about providing great customer service with a smile! Flexible retail availability needed, as we have both daytime shifts and evening shifts available at this time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service Handling cash with accuracy and care Efficiently performing customer transactions using our POS system Cleaning the department Retrieving carts from the parking lot Stocking and facing products as needed Requirements Qualifications: Must have flexible retail availability Regular and reliable attendance is required Must be able to communicate clearly with our customers Accurate cash handling skills A strong interest in natural foods and living Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated Preferably have at least one year of customer service experience Physical Demands: Constant standing Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling Varying temperature conditions (retrieving carts or aiding customers with their groceries out to their vehicle in various weather conditions, stocking coolers/freezers as needed) IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER NOTICE: The job duties, elements, responsibilities, skills, functions, experience, educational factors and the requirements and conditions listed in this job description are representative only and not exhaustive of the tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Responsibilities

Duties primarily involve providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing customer transactions using the POS system while handling cash with accuracy. Additional tasks include cleaning the department, retrieving carts, and stocking/facing products as needed.
