Responsibilities

This role is responsible for directing and supervising all functions and activities for the Front-end department, ensuring the execution of best practices, goals, and established standards. Key duties include achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring quality assurance, and establishing an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
